some vistors gettting a 302 error. could this be because www vs non www

using windows server 2008

how could i see if they are going to www vs non www version of site
and if the 302 error takes them to www version of site

where do the 302 vistors go

when i go to page i get 2xx and not 302

Do you own the server that is redirecting?  If so, what OS and what version IE... can you explain the scenerio a bit more...
