Software Inventory in SCCM 2007

I am trying to use Report Software 01A in SCCM 2007 to get a list of all installed software in our enviroment but it is missing alot of titles.  For expamle we have 300 machines but the report only shows 20 installs of Windows..  I am not an SCCM expert but some direction would be a great help.

Thanks!

These reports are coming from the hardware inventory of SCCM client (because it uses the registry information to figure this out).

So, I would check the SCCM console and see how many SCCM clients are install and working.

Of these 300 machines, how many of them have a working SCCM client installed?

When I look at the All Systems Collection, they all do have the agent installed.  I don't know if they means there working, how would I verify that?
run a different report.... this will show you

Count operating system versions   (the total will show you  the total number of working clients)

I ran the report to show a specific software product, in this case Windows XP.  Returned 14 results.  Next questions is, how do I fix..

Well, that works.  321 copies of Windows.  Guess the agents are working good..  More pc's then I thought.  Thank you very much for your help!
