sql server express 2008 : Deleting data in table with Full-Text Indexes

sqlexp2008

I have created a table with some test data. Also created a Primary Index. A Full-text catalog plus a full-text index successfully.

Question:
I used the TRUNCATE  to delete my Data.
I think this also deleted any indexes and full catalog indexes and catalogs.

What is the best method to preserve my indexes and Full-text catalog and indexes. Because I will be deleting and importing data alot ?

Thanks

The truncate table actually dropes and recreate the table, eventhough it deletes, for sure it will create the indexes, but since the table is empty, there wont be any use for those empty indexes
