I am wondering if it is possible to take an entire XenApp farm and change the domain it is in.  If this is possible, what parts of Citrix will need to be changed after the farm has been moved?

The consensus here is...
You can but all of the user access permissions will be wiped.  Terminal services will have to be reset and reconnected to the citrix licensing service.  SQL permissions and access will have to be redone.  It can be done but is not recommended and the amount of work to get it working again will be more than setting it up new in the domain.

Fair enough.  Thank you.  I assumed there was a lot that would need to be changed, but was unsure if there was an easy method to do so.
