Is there a command line command that will force immediate synchronization to all the Domain Controllers in your domain? As in force active directory to synch

You can use repadmin /syncall
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc835086(WS.10).aspx
You could create a little batch file and have it run for each DC
