Outlook / Exchange folder permissions problem

I have someone in our domain who has trouble copying emails to folders he created in Outlook, he has full permissions and is the owner, it works for a few minutes after restarting Outlook, but will then tell him he does not have permission to create an entry in the folder soon after.

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange server 2003 sp2 on an Active Directory domain using server 2003. Anything I can try to fix this?

I have not tried a different machine, I just spoke to the user and it does not stop working after a set amount of time, it happens intermittently, it has been working for over an hour now.  I was misinformed on the intervals between the problems occurrence.

I will try having him log on another machine and see if gives the same problem

The next time it happens I will ask him to use OWA and see if it works.
