I have not tried a different machine, I just spoke to the user and it does not stop working after a set amount of time, it happens intermittently, it has been working for over an hour now. &nbsp;I was misinformed on the intervals between the problems occurrence. <br />

I will try having him log on another machine and see if gives the same problem <br />
<br />
The next time it happens I will ask him to use OWA and see if it works.<br />
