Will the Management Studion that comes with SQL 2008 work on a SQL 2005 Database?

I have some clients with hosting packages that contain SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 and was wondering if there are any compatability issues or anything else I should be concerned with?

I have a new PC and did not want to install both of them.

Thanks!
