Connect to password protected DB

Happy Holidays all,
I am working on an upgrade to an existing outlook form. I am using recordsets to sent the data from the form to product specific databases. Currently I am trying to integrate a database that wasn't designed to work with this form. I am having one issue, and that is connecting to the DB because it has a password (all the other ones don't) I have attached the code for how I was connecting to the none password DBs. I tried the macro builder in excel to give me the base code for connecting but that didn't work. Thanks for your help. I know this is an easy one but I am drawing a complete blank and haven't found any real help online.
