In CKeditor 3.0.2 is the file upload button part of the normal editor or do I need to get CKFinder?

In the CKeditor demo:

If I want to upload a picture from my computer all I do is click to "upload" tab in the image dialog box. Is this option part of the normal editor, or do I need to purchase the CKFinder in order to use this option?

    Does anybody know how to turn this on in the normal editor? I am trying to figure this out but can't.

    Any help would be apppreciated.
