2003 ias radius used as an ias proxy for 2008 server nps radius

we have a functioning ias radius system on a 2003 sp2 server.  we wish to convert the existing ias server to a ias proxy server to pass on authenication requests to multiple 2008 nps radius servers.  does anyone see a problem with 2003 ias server communicating with a 2008 nps server?

    there should be no problem and if you want to migrate the 2003 data to nps use this
