How can I rotate my display 90 deg?

I have an nvidia GE Force FX5200 display adapter running under XP professional.   I have it attached to a Dell E193FPc monitor.   How can I rotate the display to portrait mode?

    First of all you have to make sure that you correctely installed the Nvidia sofware. When this is done you can rotate it via the software or by pressing the hot keys "CTRL" + "Left or Right Arrow"

    There does not seem to be an option to rotate it via the software and pressing CTRL + Left or Right arrow has no effect.

    I downloaded the latest driver and it has that capability.
