To export the 'Phonebook' (containing the name, IP or FQDN and port for each connection):

Open the RAdmin viewer
Click Tools | Export

To import the 'Phonebook' on another machine:

Open the RAdmin viewer
Click Tools | Import Phonebook

Hi Akmetra,  I couldnt find the directory that you specified.  I also searched for all files named "HKCU", but I didnt find anythign.  BTW, I am looking to copy the radmin viewer window, from one user to the next .  please advise
thank you
Open the registry:
Start-Run-regedit (OK)

Expand the HKCU (HKEY_CURRENT_USER) branch, then expand Software, Radmin. Right-click Radmin, select "Export" - and you'll have a file that can be imported to the new PC.
