Where are the four places to set limits in the Exchange store.

I have an SBS2k3 with Exchange on it. We have a godaddy account with pop3 email hosted. Because of various reasons we have a third party software called "Popcon" downloading the email onto the Exchange Server. It then hands the email off to Exchange for distribution. So on the user side, they hook up to the domain and get email from Exchange. The remotes use RPC/HTTP to get email from the Exchange. However, the Popcon was downloading a hook amount of email and it quit giving the following error. " Exchange aborted receiving the message after 35432 bytes. This is probably due to a message size limit in the virtual SMTP server." I was told there were four places to raise the limits on the email in the Exchange store. Can anyone tell me where all four are?
