To what program are you referring? &nbsp;You can easily do this in Photoshop but if you're looking for a free alternative you can use GIMP or Irfanview. &nbsp;This, of course, is assuming that you're not trying to do this in a different program...

Is it possible the select frame height and width to proportional resize (square not rectangle). It means the height and width have still the same size.<br />
