MS Outlook 2003 errors

I have ms outlook 2003 , and frequently after certain period i am gettin a pop up showing microsoft word  with yellow excalmation mark saying "do you want to save the changes to  PDFMCustom ?"
and i am not able to open any word or excel document too.
plz advice

    actually suppose i try to open word or execl it wont opens and after some time i get a popup yellow excalmation mark saying "do you want to save the changes to  PDFMCustom ?"
    and then i press yes after that only word and execl files open .

    Do you have Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4) installed on your system? If yes....

    Got to Start > Run
    Type regedit

    navigate to>>>>

    Change the LoadBehavior value from 3 to 2
