Quickbooks/Outlook Sync

I have Outlook 2007 and Quickbooks Premier 2009.  I have downloaded, installed and run the QB Outlook sync program.  I can not find a way to run the Sync to keep these two files in sync.  There is no Sync button on the QB tool bar.  What do I need to do?

    Have a look at QuickBooks Contact Sync icon is missing in Microsoft Outlook
