Does anyone know how to remove orphan SIDS from file and folders?

Does anyone know how to remove orphan SIDS from file and folders? Any other commands/tools?

I've already tried

subinacl /subdirectories e:\*.* /cleandeletedsidsfrom=DOMAIN=dacl /cleandeletedsidsfrom=DOMAIN=sacl /ifchangecontinue

subinacl /subdirectories E:\*.* /cleandeletedsidsfrom=DOMAIN

It does remove some but not all.

thanks

Using server 2003 and xp/win 7 os
