Install a virtual printer in your pc. Try to print through it.

From another forum-
Install any PDF Writer (I use the CutePDF Writer)
After installed, you will have a printer called CutePDFWriter
Rename it for what ever you want, but don't use the "PDF" on it. In my case a renamed to Canon Local. Again, really it does not matter the name that you put, just make sure that you do not use the character sequence as PDF.
Load the Ipad file with the Ipad viewer
After, just print it to the new "Canon Local"
