With Windows PowerShell and Quest's CmdLets:

PowerShell: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968929
Quest CmdLets: http://www.quest.com/powershell/activeroles-server.aspx

You can do:

Get-QADUser | `
  Select-Object Name, Name, ProfilePath, HomeDirectory | `
  Export-CSV "SomeCSVFile.csv" -NoType

That gets all users from your domain, selects the name, profile path and home directory and writes it back to a CSV file (yell if it doesn't).

You can add filters to limit the number of users, or a search base to select only from a specific OU and below if required.
