Windows 7 and SharePoint...Prompted to enter credentials

Windows 7 clients keep getting prompted for credentials when trying to access office objects in document library. The same problem existed for Windows Vista and there was hot fix for it. The same hot fix does not run for Windows 7!!
Any ideas if there is a hot fix for Windows 7, or how can I run the vista hot fix in windows 7? Thx

You may not need a hotfix, have you tried adding the site to the 'Local Intranet' zone in internet explorer?

Yeah, it's not that. It woks perfectly fine in XP, it's only Vista and 7. As I mentioned, there is a hot fix for it for Vista, but not for 7. And, when I try to run the hot fix for Vista, it errors out (wrong OS version)

I found my own solution.
It's all due to addition of WbDev in Vista and 7. Once I disable the web client service, and installed the  "web folder," rebooted, I was good to go.
