Defining dictionary in outlook

Outlook spell checker always catches on a few words that is valid words in my dictionary. Is it possible to alter or add it to the definition so it does not complain again and again.

    edit the file custom.dic on your PC

    I could not find it in the search.  Could you tell what folder it may be under?
