How to monitor DLLHOST.exe using RegMon and FileMon?

I've installed an application for Document Management, which was installed 6 to 12 months ago, and I'm having issues with the scanner/printer device.  Our client has roughly 300 of the save devices and we cannot get to any of them, not via RDP, but via URL.  I've tried doing a bit of research and one suggestion was to monitor the DLLHOST.exe using RegMon and/or FileMon, but I do not know how or where to get this from?

FileMon and Regmon is no longer supported. Simply Download Process Monitor:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

Then bring the filtering in Menu, in Filter Choose Process Name then Select "Include" Then Write dllhost.exe

It will monitor all activities, registry, file and port usage activity of dllhost.exe

That's all
