Try installing all of the updates for the phone through and itunes and it should show up.

Are you sure it is up to date? This is an odd problem. Is it also possible that there is an exchange account on this phone already, and just renamed to something else?

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

did you unlock and jailbraik  correctly.. if not restore and upgrade your phone to the latest OS and then use a freeware called blackra1n to unlock and jailbrea your phone in 30 seconds. that should fix your problem.
exchange works for me on my 2g phone

gotch.. i am guessing your installation is okay..

enter the above information and submit. it will allow you to enter the server name

but note that you can only use webmail.domain.com in the server name field

you cannot use \\mch-??? or ipaddress of the server.

only webmail is supported.
