Do you want to erase all the contacts of blackberry? If yes, you can simply do it using the Desktop Manager.

1. Connect your blackberry to the Workstation
2. Open the Desktop Manager
3. Go to Backup/Restore Option
4. Advanced and there you can delete the address book entries in one go by selecing it and then click on delete.

Shekhar2cool,

How would I erase all of the contacts directly from my Blackberry phone (without using the Blackberry Desktop Manager)?

You cannot remove all the contacts only from your blackberry without using the Desktop Manager.
But if you want to erase all the data of your blackberry except the one on Memory Card it is possible through wipe out of the handheld.

1.From the Device Options menu, select Security Options.

2.Click General Settings.

3.Click the BlackBerry menu button, and then click Wipe Handheld.

4.Click Continue, and then type blackberry .
