I need to migrate the 2003 users and data to the 2007 server. Any tips and anything i need to look out for.

Hi,
What do you mean by domains here....! Do you mean different forests, or within the same Forest you have 2 domains. Some clarity would help us take the case forward
Thanks
Nitin

You can use ADMT or Quest migration tool to migrate user from one domain to another.
There is steps you need to perform before you start migration.
1. Configure Domain Trust, physical connectivity means ports, telnet.
2.Name resolution in dns using forwarder, conditional forwarder or stub zones.
3. For Exchange, you can use exmerge to import & export mailboxes.
