    What is these files:

Check them and make sure they are not malware.

GO to start, go to run
    type msconfig

Goto services tab, check Hide All Microsoft Services checkbox and then press disable all, except those you REALLY need to run at startup.

Go to Startup tab click on disable all except those you really need to run at startup.

Let me know results, if it's gone or not

    Accepted Solution

Use either one of these tools and show us their logfiles.

    1.  Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop, check for the tool's Updates before running a scan.

    2.  Please download ComboFix by sUBs:

You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log and attach it in your next reply by pasting it in the "Code Snippet" or "Attach File" window.
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

If needed, here's the Combofix tutorial which includes the installation of the Recovery Console:

The above hijackthis entries and the 2 files below are definitely bad, you can fix these entries in Hijackthis but it will not delete the corresponding files so better to run MBAM or Combofix and we'll delete any leftovers(if any) after wee see the logs.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdra64.exe <-- badC:\WINDOWS\odb.exe <-- bad

C:\WINDOWS\SOUNDMAN.EXE <-- this file is legit.. belongs to Realtek AC97 Audio Sound Manager for AC97 onboard audio.
