How to send a massive mail. But not consider spam?

Hello all,
i need to send about 10.000 mails for the clients of my company :O.
Because the administration want´s to, and i dont know how to do this without being consider spam.
I already talk to my ISP and they said to me to send an email for them with my Mail server IP and the specific dates.
Is this so linear?
Can you help?

better to buy a buld mailing software.

some of the web domain provides the fazilty for that....

like godaddy ,...  better to contact and buy a soluton for them

I try to explained to the management the consequences of this, but they are just people with no IT knowledge and they just think like this i paid for all communications with ISP so just do it.
Im thinking to send the mails with postfix, any other suggestions?
Whith some kind of script read the mail recipients from a txt file and send him in Bcc.
CAn you suggested a script?

I solve the problem with your help and contact the ISP to use they smtp server.

@gupnit and @small_student   ~   that would be very unprofessional.
please bare in mind that using a temporary smtp or privat line would be illigal on most ISP's and using somebody that forgot to lock down their smtp would be the same and would be SPAMMING.
If you can't do it through your normal infrastructure hire a company who has the infra to do it..
 
Yes I agree 100%, but technically they are not spamming. They are safeguarding themselves. I did recommend using Software :-)
