configure the guest servers to use bridged network and assign the same subnet of IPs to the guests.

In addtion to above, In Virtualbox, you can set shared folders of host OS to be used in guest OS. I have tried this for Windows 7 to XP but I am pretty sure, you won't have problem that Virtual Box is pretty stable when talking to different OS.

Go to the settings of the guest OSes to set the shared folders.

Best regards.

Please check if the Linux guests are configured to accept SSH connections.

Yes, Linux guest OS is configured to accept SSH connections, but dont know why am getting putty Time-out error (host OS using Putty to connect guest OS). I have tried stopping my fire-walls and tried again, but no use. Please suggest any solutions, thanks in advance.

Please disable UAC in Control Panels->User Accounts and disable firewall in 7 and any other AV, let's see what happens.

Best regards.
