"C:\program files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\ACROBAT.EXE" /n

Does anyone know the syntax for running the following from command line in Vb.net?

I think I missed part of the question, so:
Environment.SetEnvironmentVariable("AUTOSPLIT", "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\9.0\Sequences\SplitByRegExp.sequ")
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("C:\program files\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Acrobat\ACROBAT.EXE", "/n")
