Can I upgrade my Dell 2650 processors to 64 bit?

I have an old Dell 2650 and I wanted to put 2008 server on it but it does not have 64 bit processors.  Can I upgrade the hardware?  If so can you recommend some processors to try out?

In order to upgrade to a 64 bit processor you would have to replace the CPU, then Motherboard, Memory, Video Card.... See where this is leading, unfortunately you can't just put a new 64 bit processor in a 32 bit motherboard... everything has to be matched... You will probably have to do a complete upgrade..  The case and power supply may still work for the new hardware, although that may save you only $100 or so....

thanks, that is what I needed to know.  I was hoping that it was just the processors that were only 32 bit.
