Certification Services error in event log...help!

I installed a certificate from entrust on my server in order for my users to get the "green bar" in IE explorer when using the remote IE method. Well, since implementation I have been getting these errors each time I reboot my server. It states:

The "Windows Default" Policy module "Initilaize" method returned an error. A directory sercie error has occurred. the returned status code is 0x80072095 (8341). the Active Directory containing the Ceritification Authority could nto be connected.

Any suggestions as to why this is happeing and how to fix?

Hello did you first import the new cert into the 'Trusted Root Certificates' store on the server?

Run this from cmd:
regsvr32 /i:i /n /s %windir%\system32\certcli.dll
net stop certsvc & net start certsvc

Try again.
