PDF Printer on MAC's remote desktop

A coworker is having an issue with printing PDF's to PDF995 on the Remote Desktop (MAC). It seems that about every two weeks this issue reoccurs. he is unable to print PDF files remotely. He tries to select the printer and hit 'OK' to print, but then it does nothing (does not pop up a 'Save' window)

I have also tried using CutePDF, which did not solve the problem.

    tried to update the network card drivers and give it a new static IP address. will let you know how it went

    Problem solved as well. Previous reply was meant for another problem...

    The hard drive did not have enough free space to write to anything! only 200 kb on the drive left (sad)
