A coworker is having an issue with printing PDF's to PDF995 on the Remote Desktop (MAC). It seems that about every two weeks this issue reoccurs. he is unable to print PDF files remotely. He tries to select the printer and hit 'OK' to print, but then it does nothing (does not pop up a 'Save' window)

I have also tried using CutePDF, which did not solve the problem.
