How to convert CYMK image to RGB in c# (Studio 2005)

I don't know how to convert cymk images to rgb in c#(Studio 2005) without third party.

I have an application that take images from BD.
The images are .Tiff in cmyk mode.
Before to save this picture to folder, i want to change this mode to rbg.

    We converted our solution to Studio 2008 that contain the library "Syste.Core".
    The library contain function to convert CMYK to RGB
