I am unable to get Verizon BIS working with my email. I am using exchange 2003 with OWA, and I can successfully get my email through the web both internally and externally. However, when I try to setup the connection to my blackberry it always fails. I have tried the OWA address with both HTTP and HTTPS with no luck. I am getting two different errors, when I use HTTP i get an error that states my mail server cannot be found, when I use HTTPS i get a message that states an error occured during account validation.
