I have several servers on my KVM switch. I have a monitor, keyboard and mouse being shared by all.  some of my servers are not showing up on my monitor nor responding to the keyboard.  I can Remote into one of the the servers and I can verify the other is working by checking all the other workstations that connect to it.  Any trouble shooting tips on KVM switches.  Both connect to the switch with a standard monitor cable and PS2 connctors.  One of the servers uses a converter cable to convert USB to PS2.
