Hello
we are just starting off with managing projects via sharepoint. The built in sharepoint list is "almost" perfect.  The list itself is missing 2 fields that we have associated with every project.
1) The project leader -
2) the bussiness initiative

Is there an easy way to add those tweo fields to the project list as a whole.
so a project would look like this:
Title:   Virtualize LOB app
Leader: John Smith
Bussinis init: reduce data center cost.

Tasks:
Task1 ---- all the default task properties are fine
Task2 ---

pretty simple. start using content types: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms472236.aspx
either create a new on or extend the base one that you are using now.
