Rotate a .mov file 90 degrees counterclockwise

I took a .mov video on my digital camera, and it is sideways. How do I turn it right side up? I have Adobe Web premium CS3, and I could make it a flash movie, but I usually only use DreamWeaver, Acrobat and PhotoShop. I don't know much about Flash or the other programs. I am not even sure I have posted this question to the correct zones.

I tried movierotator, but it only rotates it in the program. If I open it in another media player, it is still sideways. I want to rotate it permanently, in all viewers.

Hi nanharbison,

you can use Virtualdub to rotate the video 90 degrees permanently.
However, this will require you to reencode the file:
