Cisco call manager express sip trunk failover for fxo ports

I have a Call manager express system that uses fxo ports to the PSTN.  If all of these lines are busy, I would like to route outbound calls through a SIP trunk.  I am looking for configuration examples and assistance.

yo can use the preferences use the following configuration:

dial-peer voice 1 voip
destination-pattern  9[2-9]......
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:x.x.x.x (sip provider IP)
codec (the codec that you want to use with your provider)

dial-peer voice 2 pots
destination-pattern  9[2-9]......
port 0/0/0 (FXO Port)
forward-digit 7 (to discart 9)
preference 1

this configuration will route the call to number 92458987 using SIP if it is not available it will go from FXO.
