How to block bittorrent client Uploading using ISA server

How is it possible to block uploading files from  Bit torrent client using ISA server.

I tried configured the rule in ISA server still  bittorrent is working. Screen shot signature attached for your reference. Please advice.

Well dont forget lots of different bittorrent programs exist and they wont ALL have a signature of BitTorrent.

Most of the users are using utorrent. How is it possible to block Upload on utorrent.

Of course the next question is.. Why do you allow DOWNLOADING using utorrent? Why not just ban it from your network?

Yes, we have given wireless internet  to our staff accomodation in our facility. So, we dont want to block downloading option that is why
Please advise if there is any way is there for this

I am surprised it works anyhow - normally BT upload doesn't work properly unless you have inbound ports.
