Migrating Active Directory user accounts from SBS2003 to SBS2008

I'm replacing a SBS2003 server with new server box running SBS2008 Premium. The new server will be named same as old (SERVER1). The domain will also remain named as before.

Is there a simple way/utility to migrate user accounts from old server to new?

    Hi Faraz

Many thanks for the prompt response. I'll go through the detailed refs you've provided.

However, I've already fully prepared  the new server with SBs2008 with original server name & same domain... I'm really looking for some sort of utility or export/import process to take out the user list from sbs2003 & import into sbs2008 rather than the migration processes described in the 1st ref.

This is SBS. If you don't use the migration methods users will not retain there "unique" SBS configurations and none of the workstations will stay joined to the domain.

    Migration documentation can be found:
