remote Router Porting With E1

We have a cisco 26xx router with E1 interface at our central location. We have  patton 2701 E1-Ethernet bridge at our remote location. can we configure the E1 interface in ip half bridge mode
What will be the sample configuration
What range shuld be the E1 address

Remote location system IP address:210.x.x.x/30
Central Router Ethernet Address    :61.x.x.x/30
