Week numbers for 2010

There appears to be an issue with the default week numbers reported by Crystal for 2010.

According to ISO 8601 ( week 1 is the week that contains the 4th of January (and equally, the 1st Thursday of the year).

However, when reporting the week number (CR XI or 2008) for 4th January 2010 Crystal says this is week 2 ???

I know I can change this in individual formulae using a format like:

rather than

but this would mean I would have to change lots of formulae manually. Is there a way to change the system default?

According to According to ISO 8601 the week starts on Monday, so the formula should be:

In CR (and maybe later versions too) I discoverd a bug in this function for the dates 1-1-2010 until 3-1-2010. The function returns 9652 or 9653 instead of 53 !!

To workaround this bug use the formula:

    IIF( DatePart("ww",{Table.DateField},crMonday,crFirstFourDays) > 53, 53,   DatePart("ww",{Table.DateField},crMonday,crFirstFourDays))
