For the last 15 days our blackberries keep saying to update their password. We update the password and then it just says we need to do it  again. Is there something on our exchange that is not turned on? Any help would be great. Thanks

You are aware that most of the Blackberry services are down in North America at the moment and have been for some time?

Yes, but I was not sure if this was the case because it has been going on everyday for a couple of weeks. Thank you!

Is this SBS or full product?
If it is SBS, ensure that you have approved Exchange 2007 Rollup 9 to deploy in Updates in the management console.
If full product then ensure that rollup 9 is installed via which route you use for installing rollups.

If you have already installed SP2, then the above doesn't apply.

Make sure that Rollup 9 is installed then. It doesn't install automatically, you need to approve it.
