MS Office on Mac OS 10.5.7 - do you want the application microsoft word to accept incoming network connections

Each time I open up word or excel i get this pop up

do you want the application microsoft word to accept incoming network connections

How do i get rid of this?  I always click no.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office.

Here is a suggested solution:

Basically the message is being generated by the Office Auto Update function and you need to add allow MicrosSoft AutoUpdate to your firewall settings, or alternatively turn off the auto-update function in the prefs of all your Office apps.
