application collecting flash forms data

Is it possible to create an application that will  "record" the data which is typed into flash forms?
E.g. the user typed "MyName" in an input field and I want to know it.
I prefer to correlate keystrokes sequences to each form field rather than listen to the flash communication with remote servers because typed data may be manipulated before it is sent.

I do not have the dev skills for this, simply want to know if this is possible and where should I start.

It is needed for security solution that intercepts unauthorized  transmissions of sensitive data.
