Venting for some advice

Politics, i say really suck.
Here's the ordeal. CIO, director A, Director B (help desk support department)
I was hired to work under Director A but i was to report to both the CIO and director A.
Director B has his own staff of 3 but slowly and surely he's been trying to lump me with his staff. When he emails his staff he includes me in them. Emails that do not include the CIO or my boss.
Now I'm thinking WTF, why are you lumping me with your staff? I don't work for you, I wasn't even hired to be under you. I'm also in a different dept, I'm a system admin, help desk has nothing to do with me. But slowly and surely director B has been trying to nudge me in, trying to spread his "management" powers over to me as well.
As for director B (aka the Dickhead), let you tell you, this is what he does everyday. Comes into work, runs a 20 minute backup set, sits down and then proceeds to do the following items:
read the newspaper
surf the web
hold a conversation with various family members
Talk to friends
Listen to music
watch a Tv show/ movie
Offically delcare he's out on a "lunch break"
on the phone complaining about how "busy" he is
occasionally, he'll work on his own private consulting work in the office.
Sneak out early to go home
Notice that "work" is nowhere in his daily schedule. At most he'll answer 5-10 emails or 2-4 phone calls and that's it. His ass never leaves the seat unless it's to the bathroom or to lunch.
God forbid the CIO or my boss asks him to do something. Ex. one time the CIO wanted him to personally check and configure 10 laptops instead of his staff. For the rest of the week Director B was slamming chairs, phones, drawers, and giving a foul ass attitude to everyone. And anything you say to him, he'll try to turn it into an argument, WTF?
And when his staff can't fix a help desk issue, Director B does not step in to look at the problem. He does not tell them to look again. He somehow automatically assumes that it's a "system" issue and forwards the email to me, WTF? Of course my boss doesn't say anything so I end up looking into it and guess what? It's a F*king pc problem. So i have to email back stating how it's a "pc problem" and has nothing to do with me
Now i don't mind helping out the "help desk" dept when they are short staffed, like when 2 people are out. That's fine but when their dept is fully staffed that's a different story. I got my own shit to tale care of.
Look I don't care if Director B was the laziest ass wipe in the working world, as long as he leaves my shit alone and me alone I don't give a flying F*k about what he does or doesn't do. The problem is this dumb ass is starting to move on to me. It's like his staff of 3 isn't enough and he wants more people under him. It's like somehow me helping his dept out somehow makes him think that i work for him.
The F*ked up part is that my boss is not going to do anything. There were times I was waiting for him to say something but he never did. Both my boss and Director A are banding together to stick it to the CIO. Because they hate the CIO, they don't like his management style and they don't like how he's always in their face about things.
And the best part is that director B will say "oh you should do this cause if not the CIO is will blah blah blah" I'm only looking out for you. I'm thinking why do I need you to look out for me? Let me take care of my own stuff and you worry about your own department. If the CIO bitches to me I will deal with him in my way. I
GOD I am sooooo screwed....
