I am reviewing searchable PDF files, some with hundreds of pages.  I need to look only for the the text that is highlighted in yellow.  As of now, I reduce the fview size and scan quickly through until I come to a yellow section.  However, I was wondering if there was a quick way just to search for the highlight collor of yellow.

If done in acrobat using the highlighter than yes, choose the View menu > Navigation Panels > Comments to see all highlighted text. On the comments panel, click a highlighted text note to navigate there.
