I am sure this question has been asked many times but I would like to know how to download a file from the internet (.exe's mostly) using INDY10 with Delphi7 and have the download precentage shown in a standard progressbar possibly with some text like this <br />

I am sure this question has been asked many times but I would like to know how to download a file from the internet (.exe's mostly) using INDY10 with Delphi7 and have the download precentage shown in a standard progressbar possibly with some text like this
