INDY10 file download with progress

I am sure this question has been asked many times but I would like to know how to download a file from the internet (.exe's mostly) using INDY10 with Delphi7 and have the download precentage shown in a standard progressbar possibly with some text like this

---||||||| 3k of 10k downloaded.

Thanks.

If there's an OnWork event you can use that to show a progressbar.  Whether it can show you % depends on whether the file size is known at start of download.  If you just want to indicate to the user that something's happening then I just cycle the progressbar round from Max to Min, then increment it up again.

I used the JVHttpURLGrabber which has an OnProgress event which works fine. I will ask that this question be deleted.
