vmware, esx and csphere 4 no licensing icon

Hi,

I am currently evaluating esx\vsphere 4 and I have been reading up about when I purchae licenses i can turn the trial into a full copy, it says that to in the vmware docs to:

To add licenses:
1.Log in to the vSphere Client.
2.Click Home. Under the Administration section, click the Licensing icon.
3.Click Manage vSphere Licenses.
4.Enter the License Key in the Enter new vSphere license keys field (one per line).
5.Include labels for new license keys as necessary.
6.Click Add License Keys.

But in my vsphere client there is no licensing icon? does anyone know why this is and how I enter the license later?
