How to implement DomainKeys

From start to finish, how do I implement DomainKeys and/or DKIM?

How do I generate the Private/Public pair?

Thanks very much!

PS.  DomainKeys is incredibly difficult to implement.  In my wildest dreams, I could not have found a more convoluted, impossible to find solution.  Way to go Yahoo.
